Emissions-compliant tuning only
ZKB provides emissions-compliant tuning only. We do not offer emissions deletes, defeat devices, or tuning that disables emissions equipment, controls, diagnostic monitoring, or related fault reporting. Required emissions systems must remain installed and functional. This policy also applies to vehicles described as off-road or competition vehicles.
Scope of work
Available services depend on the vehicle, installed equipment, technical compatibility, intended use, and applicable requirements. Discuss the complete setup with ZKB before purchasing parts or requesting calibration changes.
Mechanical condition and performance
Performance changes can increase demands on the engine, transmission, fuel system, cooling system, drivetrain, and tires. Existing faults and supporting upgrades should be considered before testing or increasing output. Results vary by vehicle condition, parts, calibration, test method, and operating conditions. No horsepower, torque, economy, or reliability outcome is guaranteed by this website.
Dyno testing and appointments
The shop must confirm compatibility and mechanical readiness before testing. ZKB may stop or decline a test if conditions are unsuitable. Appointment requests are subject to shop confirmation; pricing and the scope of any work are agreed separately.
